How To Get A Prescription Filled

All requests made by 3:15 p.m. Monday through Friday will be delivered the same day. Any requests made after this time will be delivered on the next business day. If you have an urgent need and would like to speak with a staff member in the Pharmacy please call 919-513-3276.

New Prescriptions

We fill prescriptions both from both Campus Health providers and outside providers. If you are seen by a provider at Campus Health, your prescription can be directly sent to the Campus Health Pharmacy. If you are seen by an outside provider, your prescription can be sent to us by that provider, or you can bring in your paper prescription.

Prescription Refills

If you know your prescription number, request refills via the MobileRX app (for Android or iPhone) or online.

If you do not know your prescription number, request refills in person, by phone at 919-515-5040 or via our HealthyPack Portal.

Directions for submitting your refill request via HealthyPack Portal:

• Log on to the portal
• Click forms
• Click the first form (NCSU Pharmacy Refill/Transfer Request Form)
• Complete the form
• Click submit

Transfer a Prescription

We accept transfer prescriptions with remaining refills from outside pharmacies. In order to do so, we need the name and phone number of the drugstore and the name of your medication. You can call 919-515-5040 or submit this information via our HealthyPack Portal. Please allow two days to transfer your prescription(s).
