Bio
Dr. Sarah Bowen-Pasfield joined the NC State University Campus Health Center in October 2018. She majored in Biology here at NC State and worked at the Campus Health Center during college. While she had long-planned a career in medicine, this Student Health experience led to her interest in Gynecology.
Dr. Bowen-Pasfield graduated with her medical degree and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency both at West Virginia University. She practiced at the Southern Pines Women’s Health Center in Southern Pines, NC, for four years before moving back to Raleigh in August 2015. She then practiced at WakeMed Physician Practices OB/GYN Cary for 3 years. She is board-certified through the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Bowen-Pasfield is interested in educating her patients about their sexual and gynecologic health with a focus on prevention and staying healthy throughout their lives. She enjoys spending time with her family in her free time.
