Reduced and limited services at Student Health

Many Student Health Services are being reduced and limited.

Allergy, Travel, Occupational Medicine, Immunizations and Physical Therapy and Nutrition appointments will not be made and may be canceled. Please check your messages about appointments already made.

Student Health Primary Care and Gynecology Service providers will be available to maintain ongoing health care (example: for medication refills, follow-up of laboratory tests and brief questions) via secure message in the healthy pack portal. Some acute medical consultation may be available in this manner on a case by case basis.

A limited number of in person appointments for acute illness in the Main Campus location only may be available for students and will need to be made by calling 919-515-2563.

No walk-in patients will be seen. Please be aware that local medical resources are heavily burdened during this time when making decisions about your healthcare

The pharmacy will remain open Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm (except for Tuesdays when we open at 9 am).  We will be closing for lunch daily from 12 pm  -1 pm.

If you are experiencing respiratory symptoms or believe you have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus and need to pick up something from the Pharmacy, please call the Pharmacy 919-513-3276 before entering the building. We will arrange to bring your prescription out to you to minimize exposure and help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
