About Jacquetta Melvin

Jacquetta Melvin joined the clinical staff at the NC State University Student Health Center in 2015. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant studies from Howard University, and a Master of Public Health, with a concentration in Maternal and Child Health, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the Association of Physician Assistants in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Before joining our staff, Jacquetta worked at Planned Parenthood and the Cumberland County Department of Public Health in Fayetteville, NC.
