What to expect

At Student Health Services, you’ll check-in online via the HealthyPack Portal on your mobile device then proceed to the appropriate medical unit provided. A nurse will check you in and review your allergies, medications, past medical history, family history, and reason for your visit. The nurse will also check your blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and breathing rate. You may have been asked to fill out a questionnaire on the HealthyPackPortal ahead of time, depending on the reason for your visit, and the nurse will review those answers with you. After being assessed by a nurse you will see a provider for evaluation. This provider may order lab tests or prescribe medications. During your visit, if you have any questions please feel free to ask. Please allow 40 minutes for your visit, as you will see a nurse and a medical provider.
